Linga Chat is a hosting/online platform service where users can share content.
2. Reporting illegal content
You can report illegal content using the "Report" button next to every piece of content, profile and message, or by emailing [e-mail] (subject: "DSA Notice"). Please include the link/location of the content, the reason you consider it illegal, and your contact details.
3. Decisions and appeals
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; the decision (removal, restriction or rejection) is communicated with reasons to both the reporter and the affected user. You can appeal decisions in the app or via the same email address.
4. Single point of contact
The single point of contact for EU member state authorities, the Commission and users is: [e-mail] (communication accepted in English and Turkish).
5. Transparency
Summary information about our moderation activities is published at reasonable intervals.
