You can permanently delete your Linga Chat account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Deleting inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Profile tab and go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap "Delete Account".
- Once you confirm, your account is deactivated immediately.
Data that is deleted
- Your profile, photos and profile details
- Your matches and chat history
- Your posts, comments and learning progress
- Device records and push notification tokens
If you cannot access the app
Send an email titled "Account Deletion" from your registered email address to [e-mail]. After identity verification, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified.
Records we must keep
Transaction records that tax and consumer law require us to retain (e.g. purchase/invoice records) are kept only for that purpose and for the statutory period. Copies in backups are purged on rotation within 90 days at the latest.
