All subscriptions and token packs in Linga Chat are purchased through the app store your account is linked to (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment, billing and refunds are handled under the rules of that store.
Cancelling a subscription
- iPhone/iPad/Mac: cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through subscription management in the App Store.
- Android: cancel via Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; premium features remain active until then.
Refund requests
- For App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com
- For Google Play purchases: request a refund from your Google Play order history
Refund decisions belong to the store; refunds granted by the stores are honored by us as is.
Tokens and consumables
No refunds are possible for spent tokens or consumed digital items (Boost, Spotlight, gifts, etc.).
