Linga Chat enforces zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Age limit

The platform is open only to users aged 18 and over. Age is declared at sign-up; accounts found to violate the age limit are closed immediately.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

Any content or behavior that depicts, promotes or normalizes the abuse of children, and any attempt to contact minors, is strictly prohibited.

3. Detection and enforcement

Content moderation and user reports operate 24/7. On detection, the content is removed immediately, the account is permanently closed and evidence is preserved.

4. Reporting

A "Report" button is available on every profile, message and piece of content. You can also report by emailing [e-mail] with the subject "Child Safety". These reports are handled with priority.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Suspected CSAE cases are reported to the competent national and international authorities within the scope of legal obligations, and we cooperate with investigations.
