This notice explains how your personal data is processed within Linga Chat's AI-powered features in accordance with 6698 and the GDPR. Data controller: EGEROBOT.
Data Processed and Purposes
- Visual/audio data (profile photos, voice messages, video-room imagery) → content moderation, NSFW/nudity detection, and voice-message transcription.
- Text inputs (messages, prompts) → automatic translation, AI suggestions, and content analysis / profanity filtering.
- Profile and matching data (age, gender, languages, interests, location) → compatibility scoring and matching.
Use of Data in AI Training
Privacy by Design and anonymization principles are applied. Your raw personal data is not used to train models without your explicit consent.
Transfers (Third-Party AI Providers)
Some processing is carried out via the enterprise APIs of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and AWS. Transfers comply with the cross-border data-transfer rules of applicable data-protection law and the GDPR, and are encrypted and made on a zero-data-retention / opt-out basis.
Automated Decision-Making
The AI features are a decision-support tool. A decision that legally or similarly significantly affects you is not based solely on automated processing; you have the right to object and to request human intervention.
