By accessing and using the Linga Chat mobile application, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms.

Purpose and Rules of Platform Use

1. Linga Chat is an educational community designed entirely for language learning, language exchange, and professional tutoring.
2. Using the platform for dating, commercial advertising, or to harass users is strictly prohibited. Profiles found to be used for dating or harassment are blocked immediately and permanently.
3. Users are obliged to behave respectfully and ethically toward other members. Profanity, hate speech, harassment, or sharing inappropriate content are grounds for direct account termination.

Service Changes

Linga Chat reserves the right to update the platform's features, design, and terms of use without prior notice.
