How do I cancel my Linga Chat subscription?
To cancel a Linga Chat premium subscription, open your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, select Linga Chat, and turn off auto-renew — you keep premium features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancelling stops future charges but does not delete your account — you can keep using Linga Chat for free. Because Apple and Google manage billing, cancellations and refunds go through the store, not the app. If you also want to remove your data, delete your account separately in the app.
- Open your store subscriptionsPremium billing is handled by the app store. On iPhone, iPad or Mac open Settings then your Apple Account and Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play then Payments and subscriptions.
- Select Linga ChatFind Linga Chat in your list of subscriptions and open it to see your current tier and renewal date.
- Turn off renewalChoose Cancel Subscription or turn off auto-renew, then confirm. You keep premium until the paid period ends, after which your account returns to the free plan.
